Support Coordinator

Rachael has an extensive and wide range of experience and knowledge within both the education and disability sectors. She comes to Support Coordination WA from a management role at a medium sized disability provider where she managed a team of support workers and oversaw the administration of many participants. .

Rachael is a passionate and skilled Support Coordinator who you can trust to deliver an excellent standard of care, always listen to your needs and help you to get the best out of your plan. Her special interest  is disability equality, inclusion and accessibility in the community.
