Support Coordinator

Geraldine joins SCWA with 20 years experience in the disability sector. This time includes 3 years’ as a senior planning LAC.  She applies her extensive knowledge of the NDIA to ensure her participants are well supported and receive the funding they deserve. When dealing with Geraldine, you can expect an ethical and open relationship delivered with compassion and respect as these tenets underpin her ethos.

Geraldine comes to SCWA with an excellent experience set including aged care, respite and residential care and community support. She has been involved in both face to face and management roles and has been a care coordinator for a large not for Profit organisation. She is passionate about addressing the synergistic social pressures that compound with disabilities.
